Dear sir/mam,
am paying water tax for my metro water connection and the pipelines are blocked so I met AE and I raised the complaint about it the metro water staff are inspected and they said u may have to change the new pipelines for that.he said you may have to take DD for govt charges and additional charges I asked what is the additional charges ?he said we will the estimation cost for govt and you have to give some amount for the working person and the AE.the AE asking 3000 rupees bribe .now what I have to do ?if I raise the complaint in on your page ,then which kind of action you take for this problem ...?i hope you will help this problem.
