Dear Sirs
My daughter dob 30.08.1975 gor her Driving Licence issued BY LICENCENCING AUTHORITY ( MOTOR) MEERUT on 26.2.1997 for 20yrs . On my transfer to Delhi I shifted to my residence in Palam Vihar - Gurgaon so all her residence proofs ie passport /voter ID /aadhar Card /Ration Card hv. Gurgaon as permanent address proof ONLY her cert is of Delhi since born in Delhi .
After her marriage in 2009 she is residing in rented accommodation in Delhi
Her driving Licence is valid till 25.02.2017
She wants to get renewal of her DRIVING LICENCE including getting NOC from RTO - Meerut for which perhaps form 9 is to be submitted to get a renewal either from DELHI RTO or from Gurgaon -RTO
Pl. advise how can she make an online request for issue of NOC & complete postal address of RTO - Meerut as she will not be able TO VISIT PERSONALLY as her two kids are too young & cannot be left behind all alone .
I hd sent an email as below yesterday only which may take few days to be responded pl so can she continue drivind for 1mth as grace period perhaps allowed

I am S.P.JAIN (79) now leading my retired life in Gurgaon after spending 35 yrs of my active life at Mawana Sugar works from 1962 -01977 & then at Daurala Sugar Works from 1977 -1997 before being transferred to DCM Shriram HO in Delhi from 1997-2005 . My children studied in Meerut in St. Mary Academy & Sophia Girls School -Meerut
Sir , my daughter Radhika Jain got her 1st India Driving Licence,,STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH issued 26-2.97 UPTO 25.2.2017 issued by LICENSING AUTHORITY ( MOTOR ) MEERUT (UP)
Her driving Licence requires to be renewed either in Delhi where she is living in rented accommodation with her husband & kids or her permanent home address ie c-1678, Palam Vihar , Gurgaon -122017 . All her residential proofs such as Passport /Voter ID / Aadhar Card are having her permanent address pl .
Since her present driving licence is valid upto 25.2.2017 , pl. advise details for getting NOC Certificate for renewal of her licence .
