Dear Team, I bough an apt in Chennai from a reputed builder Appaswamy. Now i have to get my apt registered under my name. In early Jan'15, Builder has given the details required for registration with expenses, there he mentioned 'Incidental chrages' of 6000 INR. When asked about receipt for that amount he said that is to be paid as a bribe t govt officials for smooth transaction. I paid the complete amount and forgot to go for registration. Now i received another mail saying there is 50% upward revision of guideline value and now the 'incidental charges aka Bribe' are 15000 INR. I am feeling frustrated that this is happening in such a systematic manner where builder is taking this money from us and paying the bribe directly on our behalf. Corruption is kind of automated. When the guideline values are revised 50% , Bribe is kind of revised 150%. How to stop this disgusting and rotten stuff.
