Did not pay bribe and got case registererd against me
I met with an accident recently in which i broke one of my bones very severely when the motorcycle i was driving collided against another motorcycle who crossed the road. The police approached me saying that the case is being made that i am at fault and a compramise can be reached. I did not understand what he ment. I was sure it was not my fault and truth will prevail. He approached the other party and said the same thing. Probably they paid the fees (bribe). and the case was registered against me. I have decided to fight the case. But of late I have realised that it is not so easy. Every advocate i have approached says that the court will need eye witness and where will i produce one from when that night I was in severe pain and did not know any one around. Does that mean i will never be able to prove my innocence and the only alternative is to plead guilty and surrender.
