DL test given,LL expired.bribed official suspened.Driving institute wants to do evrthing again!!!
I applied for and received a learner's license in July. The driving institute took advance money from me for everything including DL. I applied for DL in the first week of december with a week pending for expiry of my LL.(The institute did not bother to inform me until the last minute). I passed and was told that license would come in 15 days. After two months of rigorous followup i have learnt that the official who was responsible is suspended and that i will need to do evrything all over again with extra money.. for the past week, i have been chasing the institute and at the RTO but I only wait for people to turn up which nobody does. This is really frustrating.
I wish somebody could help. How can i get a DL without bribing or running around a driving institute(read Touts). The RTO concerned is the Nagnatha RTO in Bangalore and the Institute is Maruthi Driving School in Kasavanahalli.
