Do i need to pay penality of 5000rs for showing my native home address as present address whn i stay in PG
. I presently stay at bangalore.My native is chitradurga.I had applied for passport from my native address chitradurga. I went throught the agent in my native as i don't know the rules and regulations of it.I went to the agent and submitted all the documents watever he has asked. He fixed appointment for passport,i went to passport office and submitted my documents watever he told. next i went to my native for police verification and normally i answered watever the police asked.I stated that am working in bangalore,staying in pg and my native is chitradurga. evevn after 3 months i didn't get my passport.
i went to kormangla regional office for enquiry. They asked me to submit the staying address proof. after few days i submitted the staying address proof. i got penality of 5000 RS.
I didn't knew where to apply and how to apply online so i went through agent to get my passport. He has taken1000Rs from me to get my passport done.1000Rs i have paid in passport office. when verification was there i went to native. Nearly i have spent 2500rs for passport already.
now what is my mistake in paying 5000Rs. he has showed my native address as current address.

showing my home address as present address is a big mistake? i want justice. i have spent 5000rs and 2500rs totally it's 7500rs for passport. Just to get my ID proof without any mistakes of mine i have to pay 5000rs now...?
Please help me in getting my justice.
