Hi, I am going to register my new flat in Tatanagar area near Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore. I have heard that officials demand Rs.25000 for processing. I don't want to pay bribe. Please suggest and help. I will provide help to other fellow flat mates as well. Best Regards, ******
