Electric contractor Lokesh, Ayyappa Electricals, a second class govt approved contracter, Kengal Hanumanthaiah nagar, Soladevanahalli, Bangalore-560107.,has cheated me. He has not completed work and the work he has done is of low qwality. He has extracted Rs.104000/- and refusing to give signed voucher. My complaint is not being recieved by the local police station, directing me to consumer's forum. But without signed voucher consumer forum never entertain complaints. Therefore I request you to get me voucher from the contracter.
