Electricity meter has been fired in my apartment.
The persons of Electricity offices says its builder problem and ask us to pay Rs.3000/- for new meter. hence, we paid and new meter installed. Moreover, we not able to get receipt for that.
And, our builder and building electrician says its not our mistake and its purely belongs to Electrity peoples, they have not installed properly.
What I have to do sir, please help me, its my humble request sir
