Yes, you can video tape corruption and present it as evidence in court now. No, if you are harassed to pay a bribe and have complained about it after you have been forced to pay a bribe, you have not committed a crime. Section 24 of the Prevention of Corruption Act gives you immunity from such prosecution, if you complain to the authorities concerned.
