EVERY PROPERTY REGISTERED IS DONE WITH BRIBES TO THE CM TO THE LOWEST CLERK
Hi,How do we register a property in Gurgaon as the dealer told us we have to pay a bribe of Rs 15000 and the money will be distributed from the highest to the lowest official,including the chief minister.Please advise the process?The dealer said each and every property will be registered via bribes only
