GoB(Govt. of Bihar) has employed a lot of people in their many departments through contract.Contractual employees only get salary as mentioned in their contract and get even below salary than labours ,no facilities of medical etc. if these employees are capable of working in departments then why they are not getting good wages and even become regular.
