Have applied for Photo Driving License at Andheri RTO since last almost one year.
Have been told at the time of completing formalities that the same will come to my registered address by Speed Post in 45 working days.
Have not received the same so far.
Have sent emails [as per email ID given on Mumbai Police web-site], but the same seems to have fallen on deaf ear.
Can some one let me know whom to approach, or whom to write, or any other means to get this sorted out?
