I am a doctor (cardiologist) based out of Sonipat, Haryana.
I am deeply concerned regarding the legality of the pathology clinical labs being run in India.
Based on the market research 70-80% labs are being run by technicians which give erroneous reports and on that basis a lot of clinical decisions are being taken which have detrimentally affected the course of patient care.
Dummy pathologists are hired by these quacks and give a false report in his name.
I strongly oppose this and want to know how to tackle this situtation.
Kindly help me with the same.
