Hello, I have bought a land in Kanaka Nagar, and it is measuring total of 1200 sft however I have purchased half of it which is 600sft, now since this is B khata plot, what is the procedure to transfer or divide the property tax on my name and make the payment for it. and how do I get A khata for this land.
