Hello,
I have recently moved from Italy to Mumbai, as part of my professional transfer. I shipped my personal belongings, and they have arrived at the Mumbai port. However, the local indian agent (the office is in Chennai), has told me that there is a problem with the "shipping order", and through various calls, managed to find out that apparently there are some "extra fees" to be paid, even though I have already paid for my shipment.
The problem is that the Italian office is demanding the detail of the new bill, and that the Indian office is not sending it. However, they are being clear on the fact that some 22,000 roupies must be paid probably some 10,000 rs extra at some other point.
I am at a loss as to what to do: nobody is keeping me informed, all of the documents are in order.
Any suggestions?
