Hello,
I have to add my wife name in ration card and i got married in 2012 and after marriage left to uae as i an working there due time shortage I couldn't register my wife name ration.after 1 year I came and we maid marriage certificate and went to ration card office but they are denied to add the name said you were late.so can tell me the proceedure
