Hello, I was looking to get a copy of my father's death certificate...
Hello,
I was looking to get a copy of my father's death certificate. The problem I have is that my father abandoned my mother and I. I've had no contact with him at all. I recently found out that he died in 2004.
I only know his name, Shadrack Isaiah. As per my information he died in SDA hospital in Frazer Town, Bangalore. So please advice me as to how to proceed. I have my birth certificate which has my father's name.
