My friend is now 15 years old and he needs to make a passport. Currently he lives with his uncle in mumbai. His parents died when he was 2 in some hospital in Manglore. He doesn't have the death certificate of his parents. So my question is can he get the death certificate from an agent so he doesn't have to go to manglore himself? Or does he have to be present himself to obtain the same??
