Hello my name is Zara nationality -Zambian and i am here on a tourist visa...i would like to apply for my oci card as my grandmother and father are of Indian orgin. i already know how to go about this but my visa is expiring in 1 month from now.the problem is that my grand mother and father do not have birth certificates and i have managed to get them there b.c. but i will only get them in 3 months from now..i have gotten a court and noc letter to prove to the embassy that i have registered them and they have bin approved its only a matter of an extension for another 3 to 6 months instead of me going back to my country..my question is how do i go about this
i am getting the birth certificates in 3 months from now my visa is expiring in a month...
