Hello sir, I need "Non-Availability of Birth Certificate" from Chennai
Hello sir,
I need "Non-Availability of Birth Certificate" from Chennai Corporation.
I have furnished the information below.
I am the applicant.
1) Name of the applicant - Annathur. Ekambaram. Kalingan. (As per my Passport)
2) Date of birth - 19th August 1960
3) Father's name - Annathur Duraiswamy. Ekambaram.
4) Mother's name - Janaki Ekambaram.
5) Place of birth – Chennai
6) Gender - Male
7) Whether birth took place at hospital/home- Home (Residence)
8) Hospital Name and Address – Not Applicable
9) Birth Registered or not – Not Registered.
10) Residential address at the time of Birth - No 22, First Lane, Second Main Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600024, Tamilnadu. ( I do not have proof)
I can send the following supporting documents:
1) Scanned copy of the applicant's passport (1st,2nd, and last page) .
2) Scanned copy of the SSLC Mark Sheet -
3) Scanned copy of School leaving certificates.
I do not have a Ration card, address proof document at the time of Birth and hospital discharge certificate etc.
A 57-year-old record perhaps nobody may have in the Tamilnadu government office.
The Government of India established the Act called the Registration of Births and Deaths. Act, only in 1969 with an effective date of 1st April 1970.
So prior to 1 April, 1970 registration of births and deaths was voluntary and not mandatory. So my parents did not register my birth. Also, a birth certificate will not be issued if the date of birth is beyond 15 years.
