Hello Sir,My name is Ziairfan Shaikh from ahmedabad,gujrat, my question is?My grandfather has 10 childrens 7 sons and 3 daughter,from which one is my mother,her name is there in 7/12 extracts,my yongest mama without my mothers consent(signature) filed application for the distribution of the land for his share, i assume he has signed duplicate on my mothers behalf without my mothers notice which is a fraud,how can i get all the copy of the papers on which base his rough entry(kachhi nondh) has been made on the 7/12 extracts, so that i can file a fraudlent case against my mama. please guide me further waiting for your assistance.Thanks in advance
