Hello Team

I got married on 19th April 2014. I live in Dombivli (Thane District, Mumbai, Maharashtra). It comes under Kalyan-Dombivli Muncipal Corporation.

My wife is form Pimpri (Pune, Maharashtra). It comes under Pune Chinchwad Muncipal Corporation.

Now we want to get marriage certificate. It should be registered in Dombivli.

I went through the above mentioned document lists under Hindu Marriage Act and Special Marriage Act. I just want to know, where I need to go along with the documents. Can you please help me out with the address.
