Hello, we have a 25 acre agricultural land outside of ratnagiri, near pawas.
my questions are:
1. What would be the approximate investment i would need to convert it to Non agricultural?

2. It has one survey number. Can I partially convert the land to NA? say 5 acres to start with?

3. Mow much time does this process usually take? Is it remotely possible to undertake this task without paying any bribe?
