Thank you for your appreciation. Your suggestion is a very useful one. I do believe that the police do have access to criminal records, but there is no national database as such. Moreover, this might neither be complete or accurate. Therefore, for some time at least, we will have to live with a manual verification system. The difference between India and Australia is in the population. We have more children in India every year than the entire population of Australia.

In australia where I live they never come to your home. they send verification report to your home directly. There is national data base of criminals. why don't you try and do something like that so police need not come to your home for verification? Please reply.
