Hi am Devi.K., Now am 24 years old. I don't have birth certificate so how can i apply birth certificate via online. If i go and ask VAO means he said it has lot procedure to get that so can you help me what are the procedure i need to do? also one doubt in my childhood my name has been register wrongly in VAO office but am having some another name and date of birth in my certificates and ration card and pan card so now what i will do?
