Hi, i am 56 years old residing in mumbai. Four years before in year 2016 i went to bangalore city for business purpose for 6 months, i had to travel a lot in the city but i didn't have a licence to drive a car. So i made a permanent license of karnataka state, and that license expired after 1 year. Then i returned to my residing place mumbai. Now i want to renew my expired license here in mumbai with maharashtra state license. can i do so with nearest RTO office? what is the proper procedure?
