Hi, I am Russian, married to Indian. Our marriage was registered in Agra but we stay in Goa. Recently we lost our marriage certificate. Now, my questions are 1)can I get the copy of it online? If so, which website should I visit? 2) if the above is not possible then can anyone of my husband's relatives go to registrar and obtain for it without my and my husband's appearance? Do they need to carry any documents with them?
