Hi, I am secretary of a co-operative housing society and I along with other flat-holders of the society have filed complaint under MOFA Act against the builders of our building as they have cheated us and not discharged their duties as builders. But the police are trying to protect the builders and harassing us without any reasons. The police might have accepted bribe from the builders. Kindly advice us how to action be taken against the corrupted police in the matter.
