Hi, I am trying to renew my driving license in Chennai, Tiruvanmiyur RTO that was originally issued in Mumbai West, RTO . I filled up all the relevant forms - Form -9 (Renewal Form) , Form - 1 (Physical fitness declaration), Form - 1A (Medical Certificate), Notarized Address Proof, DOB certificate, Photographs, PAN ID proof. However, the Chennai RTO refused to entertain my application and asking for NOC from Mumbai. It is not possible to go to Mumbai just to get a NOC. Please assist. My Contact - V.
