Hi, I bought a property (flat) in Kunrathur part of Kancheepuram

Hi,

I bought a property (flat) in Kunrathur part of Kancheepuram district, and the builder has not yet done name transfer for the property tax and its more than a year since i occupied and still he is keep on giving reason for this name transfer.

I would need assistance in terms what has to be done to get this name transfer done. I have the house registered and the EB has been registered on my name. Is there anything else i will have to change on my name other than the property tax?
