Hi,

I had applied a driving license (two wheeler with gear) through a local driving school in Bangalore Jayanagar RTO. I had passed the test, but when I received the permanent license - it is of two wheeler WITHOUT GEAR, name and address is perfect. Now driving school is not cooperating with me saying it is not their fault. Even my learner license is also with gear. Can someone please guide me what is procedure to change my permanent license from without gear to with gear?
