Hi ,

I have recently bought Honda CB twister. The bike was delivered to me on 9th of sept 2013 with only bill and with a TC number on number plate.
The dealer told for RTO passing you will be called in 4 to 5 working days.
Can I drive my vehicle with TC number in mumbai legally?
If any police or traffic person catches me and ask me to pay a fine or bribe what should be my response?
Should the dealer have provided me the insurance also along with the bill?
