Hi.. I just bought a 2nd hand honda bike (2011 made). Want to transfer it to my name. Dont wanna hire any agents to do the job. Have all the required documents.
Can u kindly let me know where to apply for name transfer ? Is it possible online ? If not, than where is the office located for vehicle name transfer and wat is the procedure ?
