Hi,
I need to do registration of my newly constructed flat. I am planning to do registration at market value of the property. Now builder is saying that according to new law, we have to pay apart from basic cost of flat at market price floor rise charges 7.5% of basic cost for amenities. My flat is at 10th floor and we have more than 6-7 amenities in entire property. Since I am already going for registration amount for market value which includes amenities floor rise charge, why am I supposed to pay additional amount for the same again?

Kindly advise on how to decide registration amount for market value.
