Hi, i was passing thru the kalyan badlapur road today at around 12:15 pm when the traffic police halted my two vehicle i was first asked to produce my driving licence which i showed them subsequently they asked for insurance and puc papers.
I suspect this as unnecessary troubling motorist. Since i had produce Driving licence they insisted to produce other two.
My PUC was expired in the month of July 2014. And there they got an opportunity to nab me and asked to me pay Rs. 200/-.
Is it valid as per motor act to check all these paper?
