Hi my name is Sanjay parocha , I live in Italy , now I have to apply for my citizenship in Italy , an d I need my birth certificate , as I was born I'm Bombay in 1972, I have no records and no registration at the time of my birth by my parents , but I can provide my residence address at the time of my birth I.e AD 19 1st floor new navy nagar , Colaba Bombay 5. Can some one help me out to get my birth certificate in Mumbai, my permanent address in India is Delhi. Pls guide me how to seek my birth certificate.
