Hi,
My question is regarding building byelaws. I see that almost everyone (every building) has violation of the byelaw in one way or other. And the laws are such that it is very difficult to follow them to the word. I want to lfollow the bye laws to the word. But it if very tough because, the requirement for setbacks is very high. For example, 5ft of setback in front and back is very high. I would like to know the thoughts of people regarding this.
