Not only do we do this to foreigners, but also to people from other States, because such people are seen to be easy targets. However, the police cannot do anything to you if your documents are in order. These are (a) your driving licence (b) the RC book (c) the insurance (d) the pollution under control certificate. I have also attached the details of the fines that you are to pay, so that you do not get ripped off.</p>
