Hi Sir,

My sister boy baby born in 2012 in sengottai and at the time of delivery we wrongly given father name as Karuppaswamy ( Sure Name) instead of real name as per certificate as S K Swamy ,

We received birth certificate with his father name as Karuppaswamy , Now we want to change father name in birth certificate

Kindly advise
