Hi Team,

I got my Home (Apartment) registered on 12th July 2012. I didn't pay the property tax so far so when i went to pay it to the concerned department. They asked me to pay for following years : 2012-13 , 2013-14 , 2014-15 and 2015-16. So when i asked about year 2012-13 then he told just check with your Owner or we can talk and negotiate . I checked with other owners in my apartments and they paid from 2013-14 on-wards and told Builder has already paid for 2012-13 as our apartment was ready by July 2012 only. Can you please let me know where i can get those details or is it correct to pay for 2012-13. Please check and let me know if you have any information on this.
