XYZ (DOB XYZ) D/O XYZ permanent address xyz DIST MEERUT UP INDIA solemnized of 14/2/2013 at XYZ MEERUT UP INDIA. was received in this office and accordingly the said application has been registered on 16/11/2013. At volume number 16pages 281/302 at serial number 38/2013 of the concerning register mentioned in this office.
