Hi, We are residents of a small town called Pernambut. Our daughter was born in Chennai and hospital has applied for birth certificate in which they have not mentioned any names. Now, we want to register her name in to birth certificate.Her BC is under Zone 8, which I believe is Anna Nagar. If someone can explain the procedure for name change, it is much appreciated.
