Hi,

We are trying to sell the two wheeler vehicle to the customer, but we did not found RC book after a long search, even insurance has been expired long back. Since I do not have the RC book the customer denies to buy the vehicle.
As the vehicle owner has been expired, So, Kindly let us know the perfect procedure for getting the duplicate RC book.
