I am permanent resident of patna presently staying in delhi for last two years. I want to marry a girl belonging to Jharkhand . our parents are not allowing us to get married ,so we decided to get a court marriage done. what is the process of getting a marriage done , and by how much time we will get our marriage certificate . will our parents be informed about this? you stated that if no objections are received within 30 days, what kind of objections , is this from our parents? Is it necessary that we marry in patna , cant we marry in delhi. Please help me on this , as i am not getting corect information from any where.
