Hlo myself elder son of my father armmy retired late shekhar singh negi died on 23 march 2016 . My father got two wife first one lived in pauri village and died there in 1985. Now second wife of my father need the dead certicate of firstwife. As we are living in dehradun for about 40 years . We had our ration card ;; aadhar card panchyat regestered here in dehradun . My step mother who lives in village got nothing even a photo how can i get my step mother death certificate now. I got kisan book in which my father name is there . Please tell me a solution .
