How and from whom, orthopedically handicapped/ disability certificate
How and from whom, orthopedically handicapped/ disability certificate be obtained, starting from medical to final stage with following details:
1. My age as on today is 72 yes. 03 months.
2. Right leg knee orthoscopically operated for knee damage in accident in 2012.
3. Left leg tebia broken, operated,rod put in 2013, not successful.
4. Rod removed,proposed / tried to replace knee, not successful due to very badly damaged and repair doubtful in 2013 ,2014.
5. Knee replaced in May, 2015_ somehow improved,but unable to pull on.
I am unable to get medical and disability certificate, being above65 years, no support, livelihood difficult, no source of income for daily feeding, while self house could be booked and got while on job.
Please suggest suitable resources.
