I think this is an excellent idea. We are soon coming out with a report on the techniques used by the police to extract bribes from people in different cities for passport verification. We intend to make suggestions to the government how to ensure that bribes are not paid for this. We will work on your excellent suggestions and incorporate them in our report.</p>

How does a police constable determine your character?. what is needed is that the inqiery constable goes through police diary to find out if any case was registered against the passport seeker and what is the status of such written record. if there is any objection to seeker's character, a copy of report must be handed to the applicant which can be challanged before three level higher police officer. will it work?
