How to renew out-of-state driving license? I have heavy vehicle licence issued from far east UP but I now reside and work in Gurgaon. My licence is about to expire. Do I have to go to my original licence issuing authority get my licence renewed or can I get it renewed locally at Haryana(Gurgaon) RTO as well?
