I am a retired Teacher of Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. Now, I am a resident of Greenfield City, Jote Sibrampur Road, Maheshtala -700141. I am being harassed by the dealing assistant at Maheshtala Municipality since October/2015. I could not obtain my form even to apply for a new card in Kolkata. I am 61 yr old and my wife is 47 yrs. Besides, I have my old mother with me who is 84 yrs old. At this critical juncture, I can't find my way out what to do. Please advise how could I obtain my ration card here. I have been passing through hardship since October/2015.
